YOAV TZRUYA

Yoav brings to JVP over twenty years of experience in digital media, content services, telecom value-added services as well as mission critical enterprise software including C5I and Cyber Security. Yoav led investments in several of JVP’s companies including ThetaRay, CyActive, Morphisec, Coro.Net, ScadaFence, SDO and AnyClip Media. Exits include CyActive (acquired by Paypal, 04/2015). Prior to joining JVP, Yoav headed venture capital consulting business, Altus Media, and ahead of that, spent five years as General Manager/COO and CMO of Exent Technologies leading its strategy, business and operations in the space of digital distribution, working with industry leaders such as Verizon, Comcast, Intel, CBS, Time Warner, France Telecom and others. Prior to this, Yoav held executive roles with TeleKnowledge, an innovator in business support systems, helping develop telecom value-added services and digital media strategies for Telefonica, Yahoo, Listen.com, StarMedia and others. Yoav spent six years in the Israeli Air Force, managing mission critical development projects including in the “enterprise” control, command & security space, and is a decorated officer. Yoav holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and an M.Sc. in Computer Science) from Tel-Aviv University, as well as an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management’s international program.

GADI TIROSH

With his strong background in software and internet based R&D organizations, Gadi is a leading member of JVP’s team, as well as a Chairman of the Board of CyberArk Software (NASDAQ: CYBR), Playcast Media Systems and Siano Mobile. He also serves on the board of directors of ThetaRay, GreenSQL and AnyClip Media. Gadi’s experience gives him strong domain expertise in both the consumer infrastructure world and service provider needs. Before joining JVP, Gadi was Corporate VP of Product Marketing and member of the executive committee for NDS (acquired by Cisco for $5bn), a leader in digital pay-TV systems, supporting some of the largest digital broadcast platforms such as DIRECTV, BSkyB, Canal Digital and more. At NDS, Gadi established the business of digital interactive TV in the late 90s, catering to the likes of Sky Sports, MTV, Discovery, QVC and other leading TV channels. Gadi lead the NDS international marketing team responsible for defining the product scope and roadmap for NDS and established products such as conditional access for secure broadcast, middleware for digital set-tops and integrated PVR solutions. Prior to NDS, Gadi held a variety of positions in software and Internet-based R&D organizations, including Director of Product Marketing at ServiceSoft Corp. Gadi holds a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics as well as an Executive MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

PROF. YUVAL ELOVICI

Yuval Elovici is the director of the Telekom Innovation Laboratories at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (BGU), head of BGU Cyber Security Research Center, Research Director of iTrust at SUTD, and a Professor in the Department of Information Systems Engineering at BGU. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Computer and Electrical Engineering from BGU and a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Tel-Aviv University. He served as the head of the software engineering program at BGU for two and a half years. For the past 11 years he has led the cooperation between BGU and Deutsche Telekom. Prof. Elovici has published articles in leading peer-reviewed journals and in various peer-reviewed conferences. In addition, he has co-authored a book on social network security and a book on information leakage detection and prevention. His primary research interests are computer and network security, cyber security, web intelligence, information warfare, social network analysis, and machine learning. Prof. Elovici also consults professionally in the area of cyber security and is the co-founder of Morphisec, startup company that develop innovative cyber-security mechanisms that relate to moving target defense.

Rémi Prunier

Rémi Prunier is VC at Orange Digital Ventures, the €150M corporate venture fund of Orange Group. In this role, he is involved with several companies’ Board of Directors (BoD), primarily from the Cybersecurity and Enterprise space.

With a strong B2B business and management background, Rémi is passionate about disruptive models, digital transformation and innovation, always in search of new investment opportunities in Cybersecurity, AI & Enterprise software solutions.

Rémi holds a masters’ degree from CentraleSupelec Engineer School and an executive advanced master from ESSEC Management School.
