We are looking for a Sales Engineer to support our rapidly growing US customer base. Morphisec’s US HQ is in Boston MA. The position is remote. 

Your task is simple – as a trusted advisor, you will deliver a first-class end-to-end technical sales engineering experience to the many organizations requesting our assistance to improve their security posture.

Responsibilities:

● You will work with our sales team, our customer success, engineering and product teams to guide and to ensure customers successfully learn about, test and purchase our products.

● You will work intensively with the sales team to drive deals and contribute to the sales strategy for new accounts

● You will be the go-to person at Morphisec Inc. for all customer technical issues during the sales process

● You will perform:

o  PreSales activities and demos

o  PoCs and pre-production pilots

o  Competitive analysis and support

● You will actively participate with other global team members in putting in place together the required tools, methods, playbooks and processes from demos to trials, tests for direct sales and channel support. 

● Assist in building and delivering training, automated tools to support customers and channels acquisition.


REQUIREMENTS (ESSENTIAL):

●  5 – 10 years years of experience in presales of endpoint security products in the US

●  Experience with medium and large enterprises: 80% private sector, 20% local government and education

●  Background in Security. Knowledge of Cloud based services. AWS & Azure knowledge is an advantage.

● Working knowledge of Windows deployment procedures (SCCM, GPO), Integration with 3’rd party enterprise components (e.g Splunk, QRadar, LDAP),

● Knowledge of Microsoft Defender AV and ATP as well as other native controls of the Microsoft security ecosystem

● Knowledge of AV, EPP, EDR, XDR ecosystem

● Knowledge of security technologies, concepts, defense in depth, frameworks, security operations, and controls strategies

● Ability to guide customers through a process of evaluating Morphisec’s products and their prioritized fit into a security program

● Knowledge of malware testing and testing tools

● BSc degree in computer sciences preferred

● Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

● Requires domestic and occasional international travel.
